Pizza made from fresh, raw dough from your local store bakery is delicious, easy, and inexpensive. Before spending a lot of money on pizza delivery, or on those preserved, bagged, plastic-flavored ready-made pizza crusts, check with you local grocery store bakeries, to see if they carry ready-made pizza dough. If you have an actual stand-alone bakery in your area, try them as well. At the time of this writing, enough dough to make one large pizza costs about 2 USD.
A yummy, spice-encrusted version of my usual pot roast. It uses red wine or sangria instead of water to add liquid to the roast.
Heres a Recipe I (WetCoyote) lovingly developed myself with the help of having a love of Indian food and spicy foods. Feel free to add it to your section if you wish.*
I am completely in love with this recipe. I took time to understand and learn the Indian spices, and created this dish over time after lots of so-so first attempts (don't ask my roomate about those, please) but this came out and I'm happy with it. I like it hot myself, so I add lots of diced dried chillies, but it does not have to be hot, but its better at least moderately warm / hot.
This isn't a dish you will really find in an Indian resturant - the style and simplicity are more of something you would find in a standard Indian housewive's kitchen on a normal day.

There are a million similar pot roast recipes, but this is the one that I have refined over the years to my own satisfaction. Part of the secret to this recipe's success is laying the bed of onions underneath, to help tenderize the meat. When I cook this, and many other meat dishes, instead of using table salt, I prefer to use soy sauce to add both saltiness and flavor.
A delicious entree which infuses chicken breasts with rich, savory flavor.
Quick, delicious, filling, and easy to make, the thai-inspired peanut sauce turns simple ramen into a fitting meal or snack.
