Description

A combination that at first may seem bizarre, but works incredibly well. Cooks very fast and is very easy for a quick meal.

Ingredients

  • 300 g macaroni
  • 1 small salami sausage (approx 100g)
  • 2 servings of satay (peanut) sauce, preferably from paste
  • taste oregano
  • taste basil
  • taste tarragon

Instructions

Cook the macaroni according to the instructions (usually 6-8 minutes boil)
In the meantime, cut the salami into small (5mm or 1/4 inch) bits and prepare the satay sauce to according to the instructions (since this varies very much per type of sauce, it's hard to give good instructions)

Drain the pasta, put it back into the cooking pan, add the salami and sauce, stir well.
Add the oregano, basil and a small amount of tarragon to taste.

Serve immediately!
